- Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Trainof4.com Limited (The Promoter).
- To enter the Competition, submit a valid course relating to Anaesthesia, Critical care medicine, Acute medicine, pain medicine and Resuscitation on or before 15th August 2010. Click here to submit a course
- An individual may submit as many courses as they wish to maximise their chances of winning
- You need not be an organizer of the course to submit it. However, you should not have any restrictions in relation to submitting that information relating to that course.
- Course organizers can also submit their course and enter the competition.
- The course should be a valid event in terms of date, time, venue etc.
- The course should be submitted online through the website of Trainof4.com Limited.
- The name, postal address and email address of the entrant should be added under ‘Course submitter details’. This information will not be displayed under the approved courses but will be used to select the winner.
- Only courses with English as a language of communication will be considered valid.
- If more than one person submits the same course, the draw of lot will decide the winner.
- The winning entrant will be sent the Ipod Nano by post to the address mentioned at the time of submitting the course.
- Joint submissions are not allowed.
- By entering you are agreeing to have your details published on the website if you win the competition.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all entries and will be notified by email.
- The winner will be chosen from a random draw and the draw decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is an iPod Nano. There will be no cash alternatives.
- No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
- All entries must be received by 15th August 2010. Entries received after that date will not be eligible for the prize draw. However, those courses may be added to the database.
- Entry into the competition is free and any costs and liabilities associated with entry is the entrant's sole responsibility.
- Trainof4.com Limited (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect arising in any way out of the Promotion. Prize winners assume all risks and liabilities associated with the use of their iPods.
- In the course of the Promotion, the Promoter collects personal information but will use all reasonable efforts not to disclose the information collected to third parties. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes
- Trainof4.com Limited retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
- Trainof4.com Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. Trainof4.com Limited further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.
- Trainof4.com Limited reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Trainof4.com Limited in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Trainof4.com Limited shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
